We have three regular weekly run training sessions for our members. Details are sent out via email and WhatsApp and posted in our Facebook Group as times and plans can vary, along with recommended kit such as head torches or high vis, depending on the time of year. All sessions cater for different paces and abilities and are open to all members. You are welcome to try a few sessions with us before committing to join the running club, contact us for more details.
